Current lineup
Every lot is cupped on the table before it earns a bag. We publish farm or co-op names, elevation, and process - because flavor makes more sense when you know where it started.
Floral bergamot, jasmine, and a soft honey sweetness. Our morning pour-over anchor - bright without sharp edges.
Caramel, red apple, and a clean cocoa finish. Versatile on filter or as a mellow single-origin espresso.
Chocolate, hazelnut, and a round body built for espresso and milk drinks - sweet, stable, forgiving.
Blackcurrant, tomato vine, and structured acidity. For people who like their filter loud and layered.
Brown sugar, orange zest, and a silky mouthfeel - comfort coffee with enough complexity to stay interesting.
Stone fruit, black tea, and a gentle sweetness from honey processing - delicate, expressive, limited seasonal run.
Our roast process
We roast on a 12 kg drum twice weekly. No rush profiles - each origin gets its own curve, logged and tasted before release.
We buy through importers we trust and, when possible, direct from cooperatives. Samples arrive green; only lots that cup clean and distinctive move forward.
Test roasts on the sample drum. We map charge temp, rate of rise, and development time until acidity, sweetness, and body sit where the origin wants to live.
Full batches follow the locked profile. We log every run, cup within 24 hours, and hold anything that drifts - consistency is part of the flavor promise.
Coffee rests degassing for 48-96 hours, then goes into valve bags with roast date stamped. You brew at peak, not at panic.
Story
Brewcraft started as a weekend project in a borrowed warehouse corner - one roaster, a borrowed scale, and a notebook full of failed curves. It grew because the people who tasted those early bags asked for more.
Specialty coffee shouldn’t feel like a secret club. We write tasting notes in plain language, put process on the label, and answer messages about grind size at 7 a.m. - because that’s when you’re actually brewing.
Our team is small: roasters, a head of quality, and someone who packs every order by hand. No dropshipping, no white-label mystery beans. What you order is what we roasted.
Coffee is agriculture first. Respect the farmer, respect the roast, and the cup almost takes care of itself. - Head roaster, Brewcraft

Visit & values
The roastery doubles as a cupping lab and a quiet bar on select days. Whether you visit in person or only ever see us online, these principles don’t change.
Farm, region, process, and elevation on every label. If we can’t tell you where it came from, we don’t sell it.
We pay for quality green and keep retail honest - no fake “was” prices, no inflated “exclusive” drops.
Recyclable bags, chaff composted locally, and shipping grouped to cut waste. Small steps, documented openly.
Watch the drum run, cup a flight of current origins, or take a bag home from the shelf. No reservation needed for retail; cuppings are first-come on posted days.
